We are hiring!

Circet Ireland is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Dublin and support the Internal Recruitment Team. You will ensure that all in-house recruitment services are delivered effectively across Ireland and the UK.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Circet Ireland & UK have a growing portfolio of specialist services. We lead in Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK. With over 4500 employees, we aim to be innovative and proactive in delivering solutions that meet our clients' expectations while adapting to their changing needs.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Assist Recruitment Specialists in attracting and identifying candidates for live vacancies across Circet Ireland & UK.
* Arrange and schedule candidate interviews for roles in Telecoms, Civils, Power, Rail, and other units.
* Use social media, LinkedIn, and job boards to promote Circet vacancies.
* Optimize the use of the Circet Careers website.
* Create and develop job descriptions.
* Use technologies and analytics to report on and develop effective recruitment activities.
* Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and serve as a superuser for queries or issues.
* Track recruitment processes and provide feedback to candidates.
* Maximize the employee referral scheme and leverage employees' networks.
* Ensure recruitment processes align with best practices, policies, and company values of fairness, inclusion, and respect.
* Prepare recruitment metrics and reports.
* Provide regular updates and reports to the Internal Recruitment and HR Manager.


Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
* Experience in recruitment preferred (agency or in-house).
* Experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, Telecoms, or Utilities is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to establish good working relationships.
* Integrity, humility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
