Due to its ongoing expansion, Kerry Mechanical Engineering (KME), based in Kilmorna, Co. Kerry is recruiting a Installation Fitter - Onsite to work as part of a growing organisation. Operating for over 25 years, KME delivers a range of services in high-end steel fabrication and engineering. The successful candidate will be part of a 80+ person team, serving a range of clients both nationally and internationally. Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assemble platforms, handrails, and steel structures.
* Fit grating onto beams and platforms.
* Perform joint bolting.
* Work safely and comfortably at heights.
* Use of hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
* Inspect and test completed components and assemblies to ensure quality is adhered to.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve assembly goals.
* Carry out other duties as assigned, aligned with the role.
Experience Required:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
