Job Title: Data Governance Expert
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our data governance initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement robust data governance standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stakeholder engagement and support on data governance priorities and action plans.
* Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes and coordinate the achievement of local KPIs.
* Perform regular data audits and assessments to identify data governance issues and work with the business area to prepare for auditing and inspections.
* Partner with technical experts and ECM specialists to deliver the data governance plan and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
* Promote a culture of quality and data governance within the organization, raising awareness about its importance across all departments.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure best practices in data governance.
* Drive continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and supporting initiatives designed to enhance data quality and governance.
This role requires:
* A deep understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., GDPR, FDA, EMA, WHO).
* Proven experience in implementing and managing policies in regulated environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as stakeholder management and influence expertise.
* Experience working with quality systems and change management principles.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated fields, such as:
