We are currently hiring a Staff Nurse to join and support the team at a reputable Nursing Home in Cavan, Ireland.

Responsibilities
Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Nursing Home while promoting residents’ well-being.
Monitor residents’ health and arrange GP/professional visits when required.
Develop and maintain individualised Care Plans in line with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland guidelines.
Assess residents’ physical, social, and emotional care needs and provide direct nursing care.
Conduct ongoing reviews and update Care Plans regularly.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all residents.
Administer medications safely and in accordance with policies and regulations.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Adhere to Health & Safety policies, reporting incidents, hazards, or concerns promptly.
Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and carry out additional duties as required.
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Genuine interest in working with the relevant client group
Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Registered General Nurse (RGN) / First Level Nurse
Strong team player with a collaborative approach
Experience and/or qualification relevant to the client group
Knowledge of Health Information and Quality Authority standards
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
