This role offers the opportunity to work on commercial accounts, supporting Account Directors and managing an established book of business.

Key responsibilities include managing client insurance needs, supporting Account Directors and achieving upsell and cross-sell targets.

Requirements include a minimum APA qualification, proficiency in Office applications and a friendly and assertive phone manner.

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations and claims handling.
\
* Support Account Directors on client accounts.
\
* Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.
\
* Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
\
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
\
* Comply with all audit requirements.
\
\
Requirements:

* Minimum APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.
\
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
\
* Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
\
* Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
\
* Technical and product knowledge.
\
