About the Role
As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team in Newcastle, Co. Down, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and managing volunteers and staff.
* Provide top-notch customer service and drive sales revenue through effective store operations.
* Lead and motivate a diverse team of volunteers and staff to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing retail environment with a proven track record of achieving targets and setting high standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Proficiency in IT packages, including Excel, Word, EPOS, and Microsoft 365.
