This entry-level role offers a recent graduate immediate, hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle, supported by a structured mentorship program.
Core Responsibilities The Graduate Design Engineer will support the technical team with design and execution tasks: CAD Modelling & Drafting: Create accurate 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor).
Documentation: Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Prototyping: Assist in the assembly, testing, and data collection for prototypes.
Manufacturing Support: Resolve design-related issues during production.
Candidate Profile & CompensationEssential Criteria Level 8 Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong academic knowledge of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency with a major 3D CAD package (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor).
Excellent communication and eagerness to learn.
Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
Compensation Salary Range: €35,000 €40,000 per annum.
