We offer a broad range of hair and beauty servicesThe Salon Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and supporting the salon team. This role involves scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.**Key Responsibilities:****Appointment Management:** Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone, email, or in-person and always saying yes Manage the salon's calendar to optimize booking efficiency.**Customer Service:** Greet clients warmly and ensure they have a positive experience from arrival to departure. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.**Administrative Support:** Maintain accurate client records and appointment histories. Process payments and manage financial transactions. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and products as needed.**Team Coordination:** Support stylists and technicians in their daily tasks. Communicate effectively with the salon team to ensure smooth operations.**Marketing and Promotion:** Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote salon services and products. Help with social media accounts input.**Compliance:** Ensure the salon adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or cosmetology is a plus.- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in salon management software and basic computer applications.**Work Environment:**- Fast-paced salon environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.- Will require working weekends, and holidays.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €29,000.00-€37,326.38 per yearExpected hours: 33 – 40 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFlexitimeWork Location: In person
