Role- Services and Projects Engineer -Full Time - On call (1 week in 4 Rota)Store Computer Technology is a leading provider of I.T and Infrastructure, projects and services, across the Retail Sector in Ireland. As an ISO certified company, we are committed to delivering high quality services to all our customers.As part of our ongoing growth strategy, we are now recruiting both trainee and experienced Field Service Engineers to join our Engineering Department.Due to growth in our customer base in hospitality we are expanding our hours of support and introducing evening and night shift rotation to the rota.Location – Dublin and Leinster areaMain Tasks and Objectives· To deliver on site maintenance services to the customer specification and agreed statement of works, including Break Fix. IMAC work, software upgrades, decommissioning of equipment and general remedial shop fitting works in line with product specification and industry standards.· To deliver works in line with Health and Safety standards and at all times ensuring adequate control of risk to self, Customer employees on site and the general public· Keeping the customer and Field Service/Project Services Team informed at all times of the progress of the work· Reporting to the relevant helpdesk, where necessary, in accordance with the escalation procedures of the relevant customer· To strictly follow all requirements and responsibilities, as clearly explained during pre -project training, when handling credit card devices which are subject to PCI and P2P controls and tracking.· Updating the Help Desk/Project Manager at every stage via a mobile device application to ensure smooth communication between the company and the customer.· Accurately recording stock usage/deployment to allow maintenance of up to date and accurate stock inventory records on behalf of the Customer.· Completion of all relevant documentation to allow performance reports to be produced in a timely manner to monitor customer service.· Maintaining contact with the Field Service/Project Services Team to allow real time logging and availability.· Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.The Candidate· Successful candidates must have a high degree of flexibility in terms of hours of work and location in addition to excellent customer service skills.· Minimum of 2 Years' experience of a similar role in the IT services industry.· Full clean Irish or European driving license· Hold a valid visa (if applicable) to work full time in Ireland.· Excellent written and verbal English language skills.In addition to the above duties the postholder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances.ResponsePlease send all CVs including covering letters to Job Type: Full-timePay: €29,000.00-€42,000.00 per yearApplication question(s):Are you available for flexi time, shift rotation and on callHave you a full clean driving licenceHave you 2 years experience working in the field visiting multiple sites per dayWork Location: On the road
