The Credit Agricole Creditor Insurance (CACI) is a subsidiary of the Credit Agricole Assurances Group, specialising in creditor protection insurance. With a significant presence in France and Europe, CACI partners with around 15 companies across six countries.

Established in 1999 and integrated into the Credit Agricole Assurance Division in 2008, CACI has expanded its business through collaborations with retail banking and financial services companies. Job Responsibilities
* Participate in the implementation of specific regulatory and legal projects.
* Review and update framework policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer on data protection, privacy (GDPR), and data access request management issues.
* Research and analyse compliance and regulatory topics such as the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and Product Oversight and Governance (POG), drafting technical notes or risk analysis reports as needed.
* Assist in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of framework and supplier contracts.
* Participate in, present at, and take minutes during internal committees.
* Prepare reports for the Crédit Agricole Group.
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the team.
* Liaise with legal, risk, project, and operations departments on regulatory topics.
* Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
