A leading hospitality and leisure venue with multiple service areas is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations across departments, enhancing guest experiences and driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
The Role:
This position requires the ability to oversee daily operations across various departments to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with department leaders on staffing, scheduling, performance standards and monitor budgets, cost control and resource utilization.
