Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a full time Quality Supervisor to join our South Dublin team.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Core working hours are 9:00am -*****pm Monday- Friday.
To be successful in this role you will occasionally be required to work some evenings and weekends.
This is a community-based role and a full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential as this role requires travel.
We are seeking applicants with 1-year previous experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.
The Role: Be responsible for your own dedicated geographical region of South Dublin.
Be responsible for managing all aspects of your clients care.
Carrying out duties such as service reviews, updating care plans, conducting risk assessments.
Ensuring we are delivering the highest quality standard of care to our clients.
Ongoing support to our care team through supervision, competency reviews and staff engagement.
Work closely with scheduling team regarding capacity in each area.
Working with own initiative and reporting to the Quality Manager.
Requirements 1 year's previous experience in a supervisory role in home care/healthcare setting is desirable.
Full clean driving licence with access to your own car.
QQI Level 5 (Major Award) in Healthcare related field or equivalent.
QQI Level 6 is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast paced and busy office environment.
Superb organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
Strong attention to detail and ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills in addition to the ability to work independently and manage own time.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland.
Benefits Salary of €35,000 per annum.
22 days Annual Leave Hybrid and remote working options.
