About the Role
We are seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping recruitment strategies and improving hiring processes.
You will partner closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to deliver recruitment solutions that align with their business goals while continuously improving processes and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs
* Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies with a focus on long-term talent planning
* Embed ED&I principles into every step of the recruitment process
* Identify and drive improvements in TA processes and candidate experience
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a high-governance environment
* Use data and insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact
* Build talent pipelines for critical roles and hard-to-fill areas
Requirements
You have a minimum 5 years of experience in-house in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering with a strong recruitment focus.
Demonstrated experience in a highly regulated environment would be an advantage.
A strategic mindset, seeing the bigger picture and anticipating talent needs before they arise, is essential.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD qualification is a plus)
