We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to assume the role of Store Manager at our flagship Experience Centre in Dublin 22.

The Role:
As Store Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing all operational and sales activities within the store. You will lead from the front, driving team performance, elevating customer experience, and delivering on key performance indicators including sales targets, footfall growth, and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to exceed revenue, conversion, and margin targets
* Lead and coach a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
* Monitor daily store operations to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards
* Report on performance metrics and develop actionable strategies to improve store results and consumer engagement
* Schedule team coverage effectively to ensure optimal staffing across opening hours
* Resolve customer issues with professionalism, while identifying and addressing recurring challenges
* Drive local brand activation strategies to increase foot traffic and community engagement
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff to support long-term growth and performance
* Ensure staff maintain excellent product knowledge and deliver informative, engaging service

Key Qualifications:
* Demonstrated success in a retail or customer-facing store management role
* Proven track record in hitting or exceeding direct-to-consumer sales targets
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop teams
