Content Strategist Role Summary
As a key member of the customer success team, the Senior Content Manager plays a pivotal role in creating impactful content that drives customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, focusing on product and value enablement for customer-facing teams. This involves building a robust content library, integrating with playbooks and campaigns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling product content.
* Develop end-to-end content strategies aligned with customer journeys and success metrics.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive content library for customer-facing content, ensuring scalability and accessibility across digital channels.
* Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to curate accurate and up-to-date product content.
* Manage the production and delivery of multi-format content for use in CSM engagements, webinars, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement content solutions that drive customer success and engagement.
* Partner with CX Strategy & Operations to integrate automation and tooling for a best-in-class content experience.
* Measure content effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Empower training and enablement sessions for CSMs on new content offerings and best practices.
