Applications are sought for the position of Learning Enhancement Coordinator for the period 21 July 2025 - 26 January 2027. This is attached to a teaching position.

Overview of the Role
The Learning Enhancement Team at Padua College aims to provide inclusive education and enhance opportunities for all students. The full inclusion of students with disabilities positively impacts the learning environment for everyone. The Response to Intervention (RtI) model guides the structure of the team and programs, in accordance with the Disability Standards for Education (2005).
The Learning Enhancement Coordinators, working with the Director of Learning Enhancement, promote an inclusive educational environment by coordinating, overseeing, and monitoring students with disabilities or additional learning needs on their campus. They lead a dedicated team of learning support staff to plan and deliver tailored support for individual students, ensuring access to the curriculum and fostering learning, independence, and confidence.
They assist in meeting regulatory obligations, collaborate with staff to develop strategies for student progress, and support teachers in implementing inclusive practices. They report to the Director of Learning Enhancement and the Head of Campus.
Major Areas of Responsibility
* Liaising with students, parents, and staff to oversee learning programs, including Personal Learning Plans (PLPs), for students with disabilities or additional needs;
* Collaborating with Learning Leaders and teachers to support diverse learning needs;
* Leading staff at the campus in learning enhancement initiatives;
* Overseeing processes aligned with the RtI model and Disability Standards for Education (2005);
* Performing other duties and implementing decisions as directed by the Principal or College Improvement Team.
Salary and Remuneration
According to the CEMEA 2022, the salary range is $78,801.00 - $116,894.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation. POL 2 is $6,264.00 per annum.
