HR Business Partner Opportunity
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering strategic and operational HR support to the organisation.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with line managers to provide expert guidance on key areas such as recruitment, attendance management, performance matters, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will have current CIPD membership and experience across HR services including recruitment, case management, employee relations, and performance guidance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
