About Your New Job
As the Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all finishing stages of a high-end refurbishment project in Newmarket on Fergus, Co.
Clare.
This is a long run of work on a large scale project so previous experience is essential.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality finishes and timely completion.
Manage on-site snagging, ensuring all works meet client specifications and high standards.
Liaise closely with the project manager and tradespeople to resolve any site issues promptly.
What Skills You Need
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, ideally from a trade background (carpentry, plastering, etc.).
Strong eye for detail and a commitment to achieving outstanding finishes.
Ideally minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
