Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30
What you will be doing
* Driving operational excellence and profitability through effective leadership and people management.
* Leading continuous improvement initiatives such as resource planning and WMS implementation.
* Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, compliance, and security.
* Managing new business implementations and ensuring seamless onboarding with robust SOPs and communication channels.
* Optimising warehouse layout and space utilisation while identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
* Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external providers to ensure consistent, top-tier service delivery.
* Supporting strategic planning, budget processes, and business growth initiatives.
* Handling customer escalations professionally and promptly, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
About you
* A proven people leader with experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
* Solutions-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of safety, compliance, and process excellence.
* Confident in managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external, while maintaining a customer-first approach.
* Experienced in delivering continuous improvement and driving cost efficiency.
* Strong leadership and team-building experience.
* Track record of managing operational KPIs and delivering results.
* Familiarity with warehouse systems and operational best practices.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
