Your Background
* Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a professional environment, preferably in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition roles.
* Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field is advantageous or similar qualifications (Science, Engineering, Technical, or Business).
* Sourcing know-how: Skilled at using a range of sourcing techniques to find and engage great talent.
* Problem-solving skills: Resilient, resourceful, and able to offer creative solutions to client and candidate challenges.
