Community Operations Specialist

* Assist the client's community and resolve inquiries accurately and on time
* Develop knowledge of client products and community guidelines
* Make informed decisions to drive positive outcomes in the community
* Utilize strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy to build relationships with users
* Identify and investigate issues reported by users, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
* Respond to user inquiries with speed, accuracy, and empathy
* Apply market insights to identify opportunities to improve the user experience on the platform
* Monitor and enforce client terms of use to maintain a safe and respectful community environment
* Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions to enhance productivity
