We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Youth Football Coach / Lead Football Specialist to deliver high-quality football coaching across youth camps, small group sessions, and 1-to-1 player development programmes.This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about youth development, technical coaching, and creating a positive, structured learning environment for young players.Plan and deliver engaging football coaching sessions for youth players across camps, group sessions, and 1-to-1 training.Act as Lead Football Specialist by setting coaching standards and supporting assistant or junior coaches where required.Lead football-specific coaching focused on technical skills, movement, coordination, decision-making, and confidence on the ball.Design age-appropriate and progressive training programmes tailored to individual and group development needs.Deliver high-energy football camps during school holidays, ensuring sessions are safe, fun, and development-focused.Provide individual feedback and guidance to support player growth and long-term development.Ensure all coaching activities comply with safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety regulations.Build positive relationships with players, parents, and coaching staff.Please note: Applicants must have experience coaching youth football in a structured environment.Requirements:Proven experience coaching youth football (club, academy, school, or development programme level).Recognised football coaching qualification (FAI, UEFA C or above, or equivalent).Strong understanding of youth player development, technical coaching, and session planning.Ability to coach both group sessions and 1-to-1 player development sessions.Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional coaching approach.Valid or willingness to obtain First Aid / CPR certification.Garda Vetting (or willingness to complete).Job Type: Part-timePay: From €20.00 per hourExpected hours: 1 – 6 per weekBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: Remote
