To apply all candidates must:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a food, beverage, hospitality or customer service role
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, confident manner
* The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A genuine passion for exceptional customer service
* Full flexibility: Available for daytime, evenings, and weekend shifts (including holiday periods)
Job Responsibilities include:
* Greet all customers on arrival to the Complex
* Identify and respond to any customer needs, requests, or special requirements
* Deliver warm, efficient, and memorable service across our venues
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the Complex
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations during peak periods
* Support a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
