Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion.
Conduct site visits to validate progress and support contract administration.
Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Prepare and review cost estimates and tender documentation.
Support the measurement and valuation of works.
Assist with cost control, reporting, and budgeting.
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Help prepare and submit interim payment applications.
Support tender preparation and procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (graduates will be considered).
Full Irish driver’s licence.
Willingness to travel to and from sites as required.
Strong organisational and communications skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast‑paced environment.
