What You'll Do
You'll work with us in Dublin to grow and scale our teams as a consultative and creative Technical Recruiter. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Partnering with senior leaders to develop team recruiting strategies and own full-cycle recruiting.
2. Driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience.
3. Tracking and analysing metrics and reporting on hiring progress to business leadership.
4. Creatings trategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each role.
5. Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 4-7 years of full-cycle Technical Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
* An active approach to problem-solving, data-driven insights, and a growth mindset.

Our salary ranges vary depending on location, but we offer a competitive annual salary range of €68,800 - €103,200 in the primary location.
