You will monitor current market dynamics, competitor activity and emerging trends to inform our strategy, delivering a world class food and beverage business now & into 2030.You will ensure that our food and beverage development plans are aligned to the needs of our consumers, most evident through our mission-based approach, and maximise the potential of our food-based categories from now to 2030.You will be responsible for ensuring that the plans we develop will win today and are agile and robust enough to win into the future. You will champion new concepts that are based on data and consumer insight, drive consumer satisfaction, and drive profitable sales for Musgrave and our partners.You will work cross functionally to ensure that we deliver end-to-end, from concept, creation & on the shelf. You will engage with our retail partners and work collaboratively to build strong working relations.The successful candidate will lead a step change in how and what we do from a food perspective, shaping the strategy, defining the roadmap, securing enablers for success and measuring outcomes.
