Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Support: Assist the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and assisting in follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by scheduling and coordinating client meetings, sales presentations, and demonstrations of services.
* Administrative Support: Manage client databases, update CRM systems with accurate client information, and ensure that all client records are up-to-date.
* Market Research & Reporting: Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and potential leads. Assist in preparing reports on sales activities, market insights, and performance metrics for management review.
* Communication & Documentation: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments (marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless flow of information and timely follow-up on client needs and concerns.
