We are looking for a seasoned Lead Java Developer to spearhead our team's technical endeavors. This role demands an individual with extensive experience in guiding teams and possessing strong technical expertise.
About the Role:
This position is available for a minimum of 12 months on a daily rate contract, with flexible hybrid working arrangements (1-2 days on-site) and a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of Java Development experience, complemented by at least 5 years of Senior/Lead experience. Additionally, they should have finance and/or telecoms industry experience, as well as proficiency in working with Oracle, Kafka, Spring Framework, and backend technologies.
