We're looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Sales Assistant to join our team and be part of our warm and welcoming environment.
About the Role:
This is a customer-facing position that involves working closely with women of all ages to help them find the right fit, style, and comfort in their lingerie.
You will receive full training on how to measure customers for accurate sizing and how to offer thoughtful, respectful service during these fittings.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly manner
Offer fitting and sizing advice with professionalism and discretion (training provided)
Process sales transactions accurately using the till system
Replenish and organise stock on the shop floor and in the stockroom
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store at all times
Support with receiving deliveries and checking stock
Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge
Handle customer queries and complaints with care and attention
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable discussing lingerie and bodywear with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliable, punctual, and organised
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
Shift may include Saturday but this won't be every week
