Purpose The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Lead role for Europe is a high impact first line of defense (1LoD) role within Scotiabank's Global Banking GBM contributes significantly to the total Scotiabank Group Net Income; Complex regulatory and business environment (e.g., CBI, PRA and EBA etc.); and Education / Experience Demonstrated experience in TPRM and knowledge of regulations and standards including PRA, CBI, and other European legislation; Expert/good working knowledge of internal controls, risk frameworks and governance; Demonstrate significant maturity, credibility, and sound judgment in dealing with senior management, across business lines and other support groups; Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and Motivated self-starter who can engage with senior stakeholders across different disciplines and tailor information granularity to suit the needs of different audiences.
