This role blends data accuracy, user experience (UX), analytics, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and digital adoption across Ireland and the UK.You’ll work closely with Operations, Marketing, Culinary teams, and Technical SMEs to ensure our digital platforms are accurate, engaging, and insight driven.What You’ll Be DoingDigital Data & Content ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date menu and food item data within the Everyday AppEnsure all content meets quality, brand, and UX standardsIdentify and resolve data issues in collaboration with technical teamsUser Experience & EngagementAnalyse user behaviour and engagement data to identify UX improvement opportunitiesSupport UX testing, feedback sessions, and interface optimisationContribute to the growth of digital adoption across the client portfolioReporting & InsightsDevelop and manage performance reports using tools such as DynamifyTrack key metrics, trends, and engagement levelsPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decisionsStakeholder CollaborationWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Culinary, Operations, and Technology teamsAct as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport digital initiatives aligned with Sodexo and client strategiesContinuous ImprovementStay informed on digital, UX, and data management trendsShare best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and service excellenceWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detailExperience working with digital platforms or mobile applicationsUnderstanding of user experience (UX) principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentComfortable analysing data and translating it into actionable insightsDesirableExperience in food service, corporate services, or hospitality environmentsFamiliarity with digital reporting tools and dashboardsExperience supporting digital transformation or adoption initiatives
