We are a busy and rapidly growing electrical framework programme looking for a dedicated and highly organised Office Administrator to support our Project Manager and electricians on the road.
This role is essential to ensure our operations run efficiently and our projects are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Weekly Timesheets: Collect, verify, and process weekly timesheets from electricians and site teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the accounts department.
* Holiday & Leave Management: Maintain the team's holiday schedule, track staff annual leave, and ensure weekly scheduling is accurate.
* Site Access & Dispatch: Coordinate daily site access requirements, issue work orders via Uisce Éireann's portal as an external contractor, and dispatch instructions to electrical teams.
* Quotations & Purchasing: Prepare and issue purchase quotations for materials and equipment; liaise with onsite teams to track orders and deliveries.
* General Administration: document control as required, filing, phone and email communication, data entry, and support with project paperwork, along with any further ad hoc duties as required by the project manager.
* Multitasking & Prioritisation: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to the needs of both office and site teams.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in administration (3 years +), experience in construction, electrical, or engineering industries is a bonus.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate between office staff, electricians, accounts department & the project manager.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with scheduling software is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a busy team and handle a busy, varied workload.

Salary: €40,000-45,000 DOE
