Job Title: Senior Cloud Network Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned network architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud-based networks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network design, development, and automation, with a strong focus on innovation and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the integration of new technologies into our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal downtime.
* Design and engineer scalable network solutions to meet growing demands, leveraging expertise in optical transceiver design, validation, and testing.
* Develop software solutions to automate operational processes, utilizing languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL or RUST.
* Lead mission-critical operations for both solid core and hollow core fiber networks, driving reliability and efficiency through innovative problem-solving.
* Metro And Long-Haul Deployment: Design, build, and scale solid-core and hollow-core networks across metro and long-haul domains, while developing standardized tooling and best practices.
* Continuous Improvement and Trend Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with optical networking and AI advancements, incorporating new knowledge and technologies to enhance performance and reliability.
Qualifications
* 7+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation.
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation.
* OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation.
* OR Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
