Key Responsibilities:
* Cooking Italian and Western Mediterranean style food and a comprehensive pizza menu to order
* Collaborating with the Head and Sous chefs during kitchen service
* Maintaining high standards of kitchen health & hygiene
This is a full-time permanent position requiring 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will be a professional with a good level of experience in a fast-paced environment, holding professional cookery training/qualifications.
