We are seeking an accomplished Housekeeping Leader to drive exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will inspire and empower their team to deliver the highest standards in room cleanliness and presentation.

* Manage departmental costs and expenses in accordance with budget guidelines
* Control and manage housekeeping stock, monitoring orders and inventory levels
* Maintain high standards for bedrooms and public areas through SOPs, training, and regular checks
* Collaborate with other teams (front office, maintenance, and F&B) to create a memorable experience


Requirements

* Prior housekeeping experience at a similar level is essential
* Natural leadership skills, leading by example and creating a supportive environment are crucial
* Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar front desk operating system is desirable
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards are vital
