Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and integration of all MEICA design elements from concept through to detailed design. Ensure coordination with civil and process engineering deliverables and alignment with performance specifications, regulatory standards & operational requirements.
Forecast technical knowledge and resource needs to support bids and project work‑winning. Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, scopes of work & fee estimates. Provide strategic input on innovation, sustainability & energy efficiency solutions.
Cliquez and manage project delivery within agreed scope, time, cost & quality parameters. Ensure compliance with company procedures (quality, risk, financial management & AECOM core values).
Promote and ensure compliance with workplace health & safety. Ensure staff are competent to carry out duties safely.
Lead and build geographically diverse MEICA teams. Lead recruitment and hiring involvement, line management where applicable. Lead initiatives to maximize staff development, morale, performance & quality.

Growth & Development Programme: Support Tier 1 Contractor on national investment programme to increase capacity of water & wastewater infrastructure for social & economic growth.
Engineering Services Provider Framework 19‑062: Deliver comprehensive engineering design services spanning planning, modelling, and detailed design of treatment plants, networks & associated infrastructure.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (NFQ Level 8) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as Incorporated or Chartered Engineer with relevant professional institution.
Extensive water & wastewater industry experience, including process safety familiarity.
Ability to manage all stages of multi‑disciplinary projects, from proposal to hand‑over.
Excellent communication skills & ability to represent AECOM to clients.
