UC Engineer – 6 Month Contract
Location: Dublin (Onsite)
Overview
A Dublin-based networking team is starting a new UC project and is looking for an experienced Unified Communications Engineer.
You will work hands-on with Cisco and Microsoft UC technologies, helping design, deploy, and integrate communication systems across the organisation.
What You'll Do
Design and deploy UC solutions.
Work with Cisco UCM, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways, and CUBEs.
Support and integrate Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms.
Work with Genesys where needed.
Create architecture documents and network/UC diagrams.
Lead the integration between Cisco and Microsoft platforms.
Work onsite with a team of 10–12 network engineers.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Need
Must be based in Dublin and able to work fully onsite.
Strong experience with Cisco UC, especially UCM implementations.
Good understanding of networking.
Experience with Microsoft Teams/Teams Rooms.
Ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
