IT Support Professional Role Overview
* Deliver end-to-end technical support for multiple manufacturing sites in various European locations.
* Guarantee the seamless operation of all local and remote IT systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote IT assistance for manufacturing and administrative systems, hardware, software, and mobile devices.
* Collaborate with the Service Desk to design, configure, and deploy new PCs, install software, and perform user setups.
* Support and maintain all AV and conference room systems, ensuring efficient communication.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving Windows configuration, networking, printing, and standard desktop tools.
* Manage ITSM tickets locally, ensuring timely updates, escalation, and compliance with service level agreements.
* Offer exceptional customer service to senior management and high-profile users, catering to their needs promptly.
* Assist with local infrastructure operations, including servers, routers, WAN circuits, and switches.
* Manage IT assets effectively, adhering to regulations for disposing of obsolete equipment.
* Lead or contribute to local IT projects and process improvements, driving efficiency and innovation.
* Communicate proactively with customers until full resolution is achieved.
