House Coordinator – Camphill Communities of Ireland (Jerpoint)
Contract: Permanent • Full-time (40 hours per week) • Salary: €44,341‑€56,349 per annum
Responsibilities
Lead, direct, coordinate and delegate the work of the team while providing consistent and quality support for vulnerable adults.
Qualifications
Minimum Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar social care setting.
At least 3 years of experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
Detailed understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.
Excellent working knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of safeguarding requirements including Trust in Care and Children First.
Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
A full driver’s licence.
