By supporting and promoting dance, we foster connections across schools, genres, and borders while creating opportunities for visibility, feedback, and growth.Role DescriptionThis is a temporary hybrid role for a Marketing Communications Specialist based in Ireland with travelling distance to Dublin, with mostly work from home flexibility. The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies. This includes creating press releases, handling public relations tasks, and ensuring consistent and strategic messaging across all channels. The specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote Dance Awards Ireland and engage the dance community.QualificationsMarketing Communications and Strategic Communications skillsExpertise in creating and distributing Press ReleasesPublic Relations and general Communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the dance or performing arts industry is a plusBachelor's degree or relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
