A Key Position in Enterprise Observability and Monitoring
As a Senior Cloud Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise observability and monitoring stack across hybrid/cloud platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high reliability, actionable alerting, and ITIL-aligned operations.
This position involves collaborating with the NOC (Network Operations Center), engineering teams, and leadership to drive best practices throughout the organization. You will also serve as the primary escalation point for incidents requiring technical expertise.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with various technologies such as correlation engines Open Telemetry pipeline design Collector configurations Ops Bridge Aviator SMAX AIOps-driven correlation Elasticsearch Kibana Grafana AWS Azure GCP cloud certifications Kubernetes Go Java exporters integrations Kafka AMQP pipelines Light programming skills are desirable but not mandatory
