Job Description Join a leading Irish renewable energy developer with operations across Europe.
The Investment Analyst will focus on deal origination, acquisition due diligence, valuation modelling, project finance and transaction completion.
Key responsibilities will include: Identifying and originating new renewable energy projects throughout Europe.
Developing detailed financial/valuation models and supporting acquisition due diligence for potential investments in wind, solar and energy storage.
Performing regional market and competitive analysis to support entry into new markets throughout Europe.
Contributing to project financing, agreement negotiations (share purchase, joint developments) and other projects.
Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background: A third-level degree in finance, business, engineering or similar.
2-3 years experience in project finance, corporate finance, transaction services, investment, corporate banking or similar.
Strong financial modelling skillset with a keen commercial acumen.
Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure projects would be an advantage.
