With a globally recognised brand, strong technical support, and a trusted name in the industry, they are now looking to appoint a Commercial Sales Manager to lead the Irish operation and drive commercial growth. The Role This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a high-performing team across sales, engineering, and back-office support. Key responsibilities include: Driving commercial sales growth across Ireland Managing and mentoring a cross-functional team Developing strong relationships with M&E contractors and consulting engineers Supporting strategic planning and reporting to the Executive Board in Europe Overseeing parts of the P&L and ensuring business performance aligns with targets The role is primarily office-based in Dublin or WFH, with occasional travel across the island.
