Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervising projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard, including health and safety.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience with a main contractor and a proven track record of coordinating subcontractors, control programs with the preparation of look-ahead programs to facilitate the successful completion of works on time.
Furthermore, the candidate must be fully computer-literate and have excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
In addition, the Site Manager will be responsible for preparing progress reports and chairing site meetings, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
