Restaurant Manager Position
About this Leadership Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant/Cafe Manager to spearhead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, cost management, and organizational prowess.
Main Responsibilities:
* Spearhead team culture development and maintain high standards of teamwork
* Implement stock control systems, GP maintenance & ordering processes, staff scheduling
* Adhere to established operational protocols, order of service
* Maintain the presentation and organization of retail and dining spaces
* Ensure adherence to HACCP and Health & Safety procedures
Key Qualifications:
* Leadership experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage costs and maintain accurate records
* A structured approach to work, prioritizing tasks effectively
* Awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance
Working Hours:
The position entails working daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with approximately 40-45 hours per week, and some seasonal variations.
