Manufacturing Process Development Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to support process development and cost reduction activities within our business units. This role will foster a work environment of continuous improvement that supports our commitment to Quality Policy, Quality System, and manufacturing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of new processes and methodologies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacture within manufacturing.
* Own plant metrics from an engineering perspective and provide technical and operational support to manufacturing operations.
* Leverage structured problem-solving methodologies to drive process improvements.
* Develop and implement process validation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process development and implementation.
* Desired experience in CNC machining, process validation, coating, or clean and pack.
* Proven leadership ability with strong communication and influencing skills.
