About the Company
Our client is a well-established group of businesses based in Co. Kildare.
This Accounts Administrator role will provide finance support across all three companies.
The Role
This is a varied accounts support position offering full training. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounts payable, reconciliations, and general administration, with a small element of credit control. You will be based on-site, working full-time within a busy finance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain supplier invoices, credits, and company credit cards.
* Assist with monthly payment runs and daily supplier queries.
* Enter and process bank payments.
* Perform supplier and bank reconciliations.
* Manage non-supplier payments, fuel cards, and toll tags.
* Support credit control (small element).
* Provide ad hoc accounts administration as required.
Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (1-hour lunch break).
