This role will be pivotal in ensuring allSAP platforms, infrastructure, and data migrationactivities are fully prepared for acontrolled and successful go-live.The successful candidate will bring strong programme management expertise, hands-on experience in large-scale ERP cutovers, and deep understanding of data readiness and migration best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesCutover Planning & ExecutionDevelop, own, and continuously refine an integrated cutover plan, covering all technical and functional workstreams.Build detailed runbooks and ensure they are understood and adopted across the programme.Manage dependencies across systems, teams, and stakeholders to align activities.Lead cutover readiness reviews, ensuring risks and issues are identified, tracked, and mitigated.Act as the key decision-making point during cutover rehearsals and go-live execution.Data ReadinessDrive data readiness across all business and technical functions.Define and enforce data quality standards in collaboration with business data owners.Coordinate and monitor data cleansing, validation, and sign-off activities.Ensure reconciliation dashboards and reporting tools are in place to validate data accuracy pre- and post-migration.Data MigrationOversee end-to-end data migration activities including planning, mock loads, and final data loads.Monitor and track defects during data migration, ensuring resolution before go-live.Define and track KPIs to ensure successful migration outcomes.Ensure dual-running and contingency considerations are embedded in the migration approach.Candidate ProfileProven track record of managing large-scale ERP cutover programmes, ideally within SAP environments.Strong knowledge of data readiness, data migration, and data quality management.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience in managing high-pressure cutover scenarios and complex programme dependencies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability for deliverables.FULL IRISH WORKING VISA IS REQUIRED.
