Hybrid Working: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days RemoteDublin City CentreOur client, a well-established and highly respected organisation within the arts and cultural sector, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Dublin.This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is looking to expand their experience across all areas of HR while working closely with an experienced HR leader in a collaborative and supportive environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR function, ensuring HR operations run efficiently while contributing to wider HR initiatives and projects.The RoleThis position will have a strong HR Operations focus and will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering a high standard of HR support.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the day-to-day HR operations functionManaging employee onboarding and offboarding processesPreparing contracts and employee documentationMaintaining employee records and HR systemsSupporting payroll administration by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to dateEnsuring HR compliance documentation is maintained and organisedAssisting with employee relations processes and HR meetings where requiredProduce HR reports and management information as requestedIdentifying opportunities to improve existing HR processes and proceduresAssisting with HR projects and wider people initiativesAbout You2+ years' experience in HR Administration, HR Operations or a Generalist positionMust have a qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent relevant qualificationExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailA proactive approach with the confidence to identify and implement improvementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with HR systems and employee recordsFlexible, adaptable and willing to get involved across all areas of HRWhat's on OfferSalary of €40,000 - €45,000 DOEHybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Exposure to all areas of HROpportunity to work closely with an experienced HR professionalStrong learning and development opportunitiesA varied and rewarding role within a unique and dynamic organisationGenuine opportunity to broaden your HR experience and develop your career
