Grant Engineering Ireland is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-efficiency heating products. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our office-based Customer Service team in Birr, Co. Offaly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn about heating technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle pre- and post-sales enquiries from domestic and trade customers.
* Manage warranty calls, including logging issues, coordinating resolutions, and following up with service engineers.
* Provide technical advice and product guidance to customers over the phone and via email.
* Liaise with internal departments including Technical Sales, Service, and Dispatch to ensure smooth customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
* Support the team with order processing, returns, and documentation.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A working knowledge of plumbing, heating, or electrical systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training & Support
* Full on-the-job training will be provided.
* Opportunities to learn about Grant's product range including heat pumps, boilers, and controls.
* Exposure to technical documentation and service procedures.
